1- Are your products fresh?

Yes. As Akbarin Gıda, we regularly check all our nuts and dried fruit products for freshness. Our products are packaged under hygienic conditions and shipped as soon as possible.

2- How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

Your orders are delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on your city, but it usually arrives at your address within 2-5 business days.

3- Which cargo company do you work with?

Our orders are sent through contracted cargo companies. The cargo company information will be sent to you via SMS or email when your order is shipped.

4- What payment methods do you accept?

We have credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery options. All your payments are protected by a secure payment infrastructure.

5- Do you have a cash on delivery service?

Yes, we have a cash on delivery option. An additional service fee may apply for cash on delivery.

6- Do your products contain additives?

Most of our products are natural and additive-free. Product ingredient information is detailed on each product page.

7- What are your return and exchange conditions?

You can return unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of the delivery date. Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, returns are not accepted for opened products.
